OnlineOCR.cc provides free online OCR (Optical Character Recognition) conversion services. We convert images and PDFs to editable text, Word, and Excel formats.

3. Use of Service

You may use our service for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload content that is illegal, copyrighted without permission, or harmful.

4. File Uploads

Maximum file size: 20MB. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIFF, WEBP, PDF. Up to 10 files per conversion. Files are automatically deleted within 1 hour after processing.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded content. We do not claim ownership of any files you upload. OCR output belongs to you.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

OCR technology is not 100% accurate. Results may vary based on image quality, font, language, and document complexity. We do not guarantee accuracy of conversion results.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

OnlineOCR.cc is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, conversion errors, or service interruptions.

9. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
